Floyd was an integral part of the Shepherd's Center of West Wichita and helped us develop our plans for the organization. He assisted me in my role as chairman of the trustees with always good advice and direction. I am sorry that I could not attend the service, but I offer my condolences Marilyn and Floyd's family.

Marilyn (and Family),
I am your neighbor. I live in 4C.
While we were remodeling our unit, I would often stop by the condominium to check on the progress of the work.
On Tuesdays, when Floyd was working in the office, I would always take time to sit and visit with him.
We "hit it off"! (Anyone who would go to eat at the Beacon on Sunday is alright in my book!)
We developed a relationship like two adolescent boys who would tease each other. I miss that.
I will miss Floyd. I had looked forward to spending time with him.
All of you, are in my thoughts at this time.
Respectfully,
I am

Bud Hansen was my favorite of all pastors when I was growing up. My family had known him as he was growing up at Leon. He married Delbert and me in 1968. Bernita played the organ and the marimba at our reception. It was beautiful! Every Christmas, when we sing Go Tell it on the Mountain, I think of him as I first heard it when he would sing it at the Benton Christian Church. He had a wonderful voice! He gave it such special meaning! I loved this man and his service to God! --Iva Lea (Schupp) Bryant
