I love you mom. Hope you and Juanita got together and had coffee yesterday, and laughed yourself silly, the way you did when we were kids.

Still working on living your vision of what FAMILY is supposed to mean. We’re all still holding steady and moving forward, which is one of the strongest lessons I learned from you. I miss your steadfastness, and your ability to smile through all the challenges that came your way. You were our rock. I look forward to our reunion, whenever it is meant to be.

Cant believe youve been gone 4 years now! Strange times were living in right now! Were trying to do what you would have done, which is to hold your family together, and keep them all safe. I miss your heart, and your capacity to love no matter what! Its a lesson Im still struggling to learn and to live! Ill see you when I get Home, whenever that is meant to be.

I have fond memories of the few times I recall celebrations with this lovely lady, my great-aunt, who always was very kind and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. God Bless.
