M. Lanterman Obituary

Lanterman, M. Norene A resident of Omaha, Arkansas, was born March 6, 1944, in Green Forest, Arkansas, the daughter of Otis and Lucy Thomason. She departed this life Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at her home in Omaha, Arkansas, at the age of 72 years. She worked all her married life as a housewife helping her husband of 52 years, was a member of the TOPS Club in Derby, Kansas, for years, and worked as a volunteer Hunter's Ed Instructor for the State of Kansas with her husband and sons. On June 15, 1963, Norene was united in marriage with Jerry B. Lanterman who survives her of the home. She is also survived by her son, Jay Lanterman of Omaha, AR; brother, Eddie Thomason and wife Ann of Omaha, AR; niece, Wendy Thomason and children; and a host of adopted children and grandchildren; and a host of family, friends and loved ones. Norene was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Joe Lanterman. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, December 11; Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 12, both at Lakeview Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The Mercy Home Health and Hospice, 804 W. Freeman Ave., Berryville, AR 72616.
