Paul Shetlar Obituary
January 8, 1935 - September 21, 2023
Wichita, Kansas - Shetlar, Paul David, 88, passed away Thursday, September 21st, 2023. He was born January 8th, 1935 to Harry Shetlar and Lillian Booth Shetlar in Conway Springs, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and by brothers; Harry Shetlar, Jr., Richard Shetlar and by step-brothers, Luther Shetlar, Earl Veninga, Edward Veninga; and by step-sister, Fern Grabill.
Paul is survived by his wife of 69 years, Shirley; children, Brenda Shetlar Farmer, Paula Templin (Bob), Mike Shetlar (Melisa); eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Smith Mortuary - Mulvane, 501 SE Louis Blvd., Mulvane, KS 67110. A celebration of life will begin following visitation at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Red Cross, PO Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037-0839

RIP Paul..I worked with Paul in the early 70s at the U S Postal Service when he was Station Manager at Munger Station.
He was a good guy and we had many laughs shared.
