Survivors: wife, Karen (Brooks) Rutledge-Chapman of McKinney, TX; daughters, Jackie Lee of Wellington, Lynette Chapman of Wichita; stepson, Scot Rutledge of Denton, TX; stepdaughters, Heather Rutledge of Carrollton, TX, Holly Rutledge of Waxahachie, TX, Mindy Keowaasang and her husband, Nume of McKinney; brothers, Darrell of Derby, Ron of Wichita; stepgrandchildren, Macey Thompson of Waxahachie, Madeline Keowaasang of McKinney. Memorial established with Grace Hospital, 730 Avenue F, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75074.
