Teresa Erken Obituary

Teresa E. McKenna Erken, longtime resident of Wichita, Kansas, passed away in Kirkwood, Missouri, on Sunday, September 14, 2025, after a long illness. She was 94.

Teresa was predeceased by a son, Daniel John, and her seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Ron Erken, MD; their five children: Will Erken (Gabrielle), Julie Lopez (Armando), Steve Erken (Lisa), Greg Erken, Mary Artis (Tad); ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church, Kirkwood, Missouri, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Graveside services were held at Resurrection Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri. Arrangements entrusted to Bopp Chapel Funeral Home, Kirkwood, Missouri.
