ALEXANDER JIMENEZ Obituary

Alexander Jimenez, 72, KCMO, passed away at St. Joseph Medical Center, March 6, 2014. He leaves behind his son Armando Jimenez, 2 grandchildren: Xavier and Kaiden Jimenez, of Lawrence, KS, uncle Jon (Silvana) Ruiz of Kansas City, MO, a cousin Martin Ruiz, of Kansas City, MO, a sister Margarita (Ezekiel) Amador of Kansas City, MO, brother Eugene (Brenda) Hernandez of Ottawa, KS a brother John Hernandez of Pomona, KS, niece Gina Orndorff, nephews: Richard and Rodney, and Many Cousins. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. (Arr. Heartland Cremation 816-313- 1677)

I met Alex at the First Methodist Church Gym in Ottawa ,Ks him and I had a friendship we went to California twice together and worked together and when I got married in 1976 we lost contact I wonder about him all these years when social media started to be a Thing I tried to find him but could not, So I googled him and this is where I found him My prayers go out his family and so sorry for your loss RIP my good buddy.

I knew Alex since kindergarten in Hawthorne grade school, Ottawa, Kansas. He was a good basketball player. God bless you Alex!

It's with much sorrow to hear the passing of my cousin Alex, I enjoyed so many Saturday's & Sunday playing basketball in Ottawa,KS memory's I will have forever. Rest in Peace Cuz! I knew you are taking it to the hoop..
