Kansas City, Missouri - Siegbert "Bert" Levy died peacefully on Saturday, October 28, 2023. He was 86.

He is survived by his two daughters, Rachel Janner (Markus) and Sarah Cartwright; his sister, Rosalie Goldberg (George); and his brother, Gary Levy (Laura Oliver); his nieces and nephews, Chuck (Beth) Goldberg, Michele Mottlowitz (Craig), and Gavin Levy (Eriko).

Bert was one of the most calm person I have ever known. Another thing I liked about Bert was his hat. I am not so sure about the suspenders. Either way he was quite a likable character.

I just learned of Bert's passing. So sad to hear it. I played tennis and walked with Bert for several years. And he was a regular at our Saturday night bridge for many years. . He will certainly be missed.

Bert walked the neighborhood daily. For the past 15 years he frequently stop by my container home and admired my garden. I just saw him several weeks ago on his daily walk and thought how powerful of a man he was, that he always took the walk. Sad to hear of his passing, sending love to the family and friends that will miss him, I know I will. Debbie Glassberg

Bert was a wonderful person and friend. I met him at Loose Park 10 years ago playing tennis. We would play tennis at Loose Park or Brookside at least 3 times a week at 7:50am. He would run me all over the court. It was a great start for my day. I will miss him dearly. Rest in peace my friend.
