As the neighbors directly behind Bill we often talked through the fence. In fact I called him Wilson from the first day we moved in 2 years ago. He first greeted me over his tall fence that came just below his eyes. That pretty much explains the nick name. I wish we had known sooner about his passing so we could have helped the family out. Our deepest sympathies go to the family and he will greatly be missed.
