Kansas City, Missouri - He is survived by his wife Rebecca (Hammen Barnes), their daughter Gracelyn, sons Conor and Cooper (their mother Angela Ball Barnes), step-child Olivia, his parents and three siblings. Celebration of Life gathering will be September 12, 2021 at Humphrey's Bar & Grill in Smithville, MO 11:30a-2:30pm.

So sorry for the loss of Brian to his families. We are "DNA cousins". Though we never found our connection, we stayed in touch as friends on Facebook, and I received his posts on the newsfeed. Very nice gentleman I would have liked to meet in person and get to know. So sad that this will not be a possibility now. My heart breaks.
