So sorry to hear this. I was trying to locate him as we lost touch several years ago and to my regret I found this. He was a wonderful man, husband, father, son and to me a cousin I admired greatly admired and loved. I know he is greatly missed by his family and my heart goes out to them. I wish we had not lost touch but the good times we enjoyed with our families at the lake are memories I will continue to cherish. Love Lisa, Dale, Kambie and Sami

I am very sadden to know of the passing of Frank. He offered dedication to community involvement and improvement. It's very difficult to try to find the words to console a grieving family who has lost one of their own. But, we all know he was a good God fearing Christian. God bless and care for you Frank!

Heaven must have need a kind, caring, funny man with a big smile. Frank left this earth all too soon for those of us who looked to him for a happy phone visit, advice, a friend, and family history. Frank was my cousin and friend he, was like a big brother to me there is an empty spot in my heart. My prayers go out to the Clara his soul mate Joe, and Jeff and his grandchildren
you were his pride and joy.

Your family were always so very kind to us. Dan & I have fond memories of Frank coaching the boys and he also taught the players that losing was part of playing baseball. We also enjoyed our eating together at the Royals game. Frank taught Joey to be friendly with all of the kids in Joey and Brian's classes in school. May God's Love and Strength be with your family.

My thoughts and prayers to the Torchia Family. Although I haven't talked to Frank since he left the Film Industry I have thought of him often. He was a true gentleman and always a pleasure to do business with. I was not aware of his illness and was so sorry to hear of his passing. The world has lost a good person. God bless you Frank. You will be sorely missed.

Frank was always fun to be around. He was a great guy. I remember him yelling fire in a crowded movie theater. He was running the projection room and it caught fire. Actually he handled that calmly and professionally, and had everyone exit. He was in college then. He will be missed.

My name is Michael Williams. I was a friend of Franks from Wal-Mart. We both trained together starting at Wal-Mart and he was my supervisor. I will miss him very much! Sorry, I couldn't see him before he died. Last time I talked to him he said he had hand cancer, but I thought it wasn't serious. Life is short.
