Tomorrow my son, Gina's first grandchild will marry the woman we have taken into our hearts many years ago. It was a day Mom was so looking forward to. I know she will be there "with bells on" and that beautiful smile she had.
This will be a wonderful day for this fanily, but I sure miss my Mom as I was looking forward to sharing this great day with her.
Mom, I know you're looking down. Isn't your family beautiful? DJ and Deanna are so happy but so stressed, it's just cute to watch. And Bella just grows becomes more and more a duplicate of the Dobbe women.
We will miss you sitting in the front row but know you are with us. Remember founder's chapel 5pm.
My best friend, confidante, and teacher; I think of you every day and miss you and your wit more than anyone realizes.
Watch over your grandbabies so they have a long and loving marriage. I love you Mom

I am still at loss for proper words to honor my Mother. She was described at her Mass as a private person. Mom would probably call it discreet, but it is a trait that I know very well.
I am what she was ....and still is. I find myself wandering aimlessly and talking to her every day. She helps me to be strong, and take care of myself, as she always has. She Lived by herself for 39 years, burried a son, fought diabetes for 25 years, and never asked anyone for help. I hope I can be that strong.
The last days of her life that I spent with her were truly a remarkable experience for me. She watched be come into this world, fed me, and held me, and I fed her and held her hand as she left this world. I understand her more now than I ever have, and now she is gone. I miss her so much.
To the people who read these, and never had the pleasure of meeting her ........ I am sorry. She was/is truly an Angel.
To the few who were lucky enough to have their lives touched by her ......Thank you for remembering her with these kind words.

I will never, never forget my beloved baby sister. We were so close and shared many, many great memories. I am happy that she is no longer suffering. I am glad that we were all able to be together before she died to share with her. I love her and pray for her family.

I love Gramma with all of my heart. I will miss our phone conversations and visits but I know that she is always with me.
I was blessed that God allowed our paths to cross and allowed our hearts to be intertwined. She is one of the most kind and caring people that I have ever known.
I will miss her but I also know that she has touched my heart like no one else has. I am lucky to have known her and will continue to live the rest of my life knowing that I loved her and she loved me.
I am blessed to have a Guardian Angel like her!

I was so sad to hear about Aunt Gina, I have such fond memories of her growing up. Marsha, my sister, and I were remembering a home video at a family reunion. Someone gave her a hot toasted marshmellow and she was so funny trying to keep it in her mouth and cool it down by waving her hand, at the same time trying to smile at the camera. I remember her laughing and full of life. Denny and Debbie, my heart goes out to you in this time of sorrow. I will be with you in prayer.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I remember coming up to your house to play as a child and how nice your mom was. My sincere condolence.

A nicer, kinder person is hard to imagine. I delivered mail to Mrs. Dobbe for the past 5 years. Carrying mail can be monotonous work, but she went out of her way to make me feel as if I was the best carrier--ever. We had many wonderful visits over the years and I will truly miss her as I continue to make my daily rounds. My sincerest sympathy goes out to the entire Dobbe family.

I am so sorry to hear about Gina! My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. I worked with Gina for many years at Indian Hills Country Club. She took me under her wing when I first started and helped me through the learning curve. She was like a second mother to me!
I'm sure everyone will miss her!
