JULIE VIETS Obituary

Julie H. Viets, 70, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014. She was born October 10, 1943, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of John and Mildred (Hurley) Sherard. Julie married Kelly Viets on August 25, 1963, in Overland Park, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include a son, David Viets; daughter, Laura Last; and grandsons, Wyatt Viets, Weston Viets, and Hayden Last. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Carole Waller. Julie was cremated. A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 25, 2014, at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
