I'm Larry Michael Davidson and like Larry, we are both from Kansas City, KS, and about a year apart. He was born in 1946, and I was born in 1947. We had some memorable times in high school. We were both Chrysler Product guys, and even gave a sales pitch to our high school class about the quality of those vehicles. We also would go to Swope Park very late at night, and wander around this spooky place thinking we would probably be beaten up at any moment. Thankfully, that didn't happen. We also use to go to the drive-in theatre in the summer months, (when that was popular), and laughed until we were sick. I remember a lot of great times with my friend, and he is sorely missed. "Wait for me ole boy, we'll see each other again." God Bless.

Larry was one of my best friends in high school. We had some great times together in school, and after school (oh boy). I was just thinking about him tonight and did a quick Google search for his name and found this. I was planning on seeing him in Arkansas, but too late. I will miss him...God bless you my friend.

I knew Larry way back when. I met him in Boston when he was stationed on the USS Randolph. Lost touch but did see him in 1989. He also contacted my father when my mother died in 1990. They always made him feel welcomed when stationed in Mass. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Thought of him many times over the years and wondered how he was. Doing ancestry research and came across his obituary. Way to young to go so soon. I know he will be missed by many. I am truly sad, wish I had one more time to talk to him.

My name is Charles Johnson. Larry Tolman is my cousin. His mother, Lorene Mae Nickerson is my Aunt,my mothers sister, my mother is Kathrine Johnson. My grandmother is Edna Walker. I always thought it was so sad, that I didnt see more of Larry and Patty as the years went by. I did meet his two sons, once at my mothers house, and at my grandmothers house when it was sold. I am sorry to hear of Larry's passing, I wish our families could have seen more of each other. I am the youngest of the group. Larry was born first, then my mother had my brother (Johnie),then Patty was born, then my mother had me. I saw more of my cousins when I was a child. I wish I knew the Tolmans better. my phone is 1-870-297-4285 in case you want to call. It makes me sad to know that Larry is gone, and the others as well of course. My mother is still living, but in her 80's and not well. I hope this message alright, I wanted to say something to this side of my family, GOD BLESS all of you Charles (CHUCK) Johnson.

You don't have to be blood to be family...Larry always treated me like family.
He was my Uncle by marriage, but loved me by choice.
I will love and miss you always, Uncle Larry.
