Loretta Gorsky Obituary

Mrs. Loretta R. Gorsky, age 72, passed away Friday evening, December 5, 2003, at Spectrum HealthButterworth Campus in Grand Rapids, MI. She was born March 24, 1931 in Kansas City, KS to Michael and Mildred (Rukovina) Bartolac. She had been a teacher's aide in special education, and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Fremont, MI. On May 17, 1952 she married Al Gorsky and he survives her along with six children, James (Madelon) Gorsky of Indianapolis, IN, Jane Ann Gorsky of Kansas City, MO, Therese (Roy) Cosan of San Diego, CA, Alex (Patricia) Gorsky of London, England, Ivan (Tara) Gorsky of Chicago, IL, Nick (Karla) Gorsky of Crystal Lake, IL; grandchildren, Laura Ashley and Alexandra Cosan, Simon Goodwin, Nick, Anna and Megan Gorsky; sisters, Dorothy Bednar of Kansas City, MO and Kathleen (Robert) Braun of Kansas City, KS. She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Conard. The Con-Celebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at All Saints Catholic Church, Fremont, MI, with Fr. Anthony S. Russo and Fr. Richard J. VanLente as Celebrants. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with Rosary being prayed at 8:30 p.m. Memorials: The Fremont Area District Library.
