Paul was a great person and a good friend. We worked together on the Eastside Reservoir Project for many years - from concept to completion. He will be missed by many.
Good by good friend, and will think of you always.
Best, Joe

My condolences on the passing of Paul. He was my first supervisor at Black & Veatch when I began working there in January 1986. Later, I got to work with him on the Eastside Reservoir Project in Los Angeles. He was a good engineer to work for and along side, and he will be missed.
