I am sorry for the loss of your father. You don't know me but I respectfully request one of his children please reach out to me so I can ask you about an experience your father may have had. My number is 480.251.0061. I would be eternally grateful. This is regarding my son who passed away in 2001 that your dad may be aware of. Thank you so much.

I just read about the passing of your father and am very sorry. I know you don't know me, but if one of his children could please contact me, I have a really important question to ask you about an experience your father may have had. My number is 480.251.0061. I would be eternally grateful.

My grandma and grandpa (Judge Claflin) lived next door and we grew up with him as our Uncle too! Always kooky and loud when he would come over and give us kids a ration of you know what--in a great way. So sad to hear this news especially so long after he passed. The stories were extremely entertaining and now seem priceless!

As I'm seeing his smiling face in this obituary photo, I am finding myself smiling too. Bob had that effect on people -- he was warm, kind and caring. I remember him visiting my Mom when she lived in an assisted living home, and I know he reached out to many people with his special brand of humor. God bless, Kathy and all.

The world is a lot sadder now,by loosing Bob with one O. He had a great sense of humor and I loved listening to his stories.
What a life he lived. My sympathies to the family and especially to Christopher.

It will be so sad this summer not to have Bob standing on his back deck calling "little girl, can I have one of your tomatoes?" (I have not been a little girl for over 35 years. He was so funny.
