Aurora, Illinois - Robert Waldo MacGregor, age 92, a resident of Aurora, IL, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025 at his home, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on May 11, 1932 in Duluth, MN. Pastor, Andrew Presbyterian Church, Minneapolis, 1957-1960. Four term 2nd Ward Alderman Minneapolis City Council 1961-69. VP Executive Director Dayton Hudson Foundation 1970-73. President Chicago United 1973-80. President Kansas City Chamber of Commerce 1980-90. President Minnesota Center for Corporate Responsibility 1991-99. Co-Chairman Caux Roundtable 2017. Visitation Wednesday, January 29, 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Bob is remembered fondly for his outstanding service here in Kansas City as head of our Chamber of Commerce. As a VP and Director, I had the pleasure of working with him, and all who did were impressed with his consistently pleasant, upbeat and positive attitude. My sincere sympathy to his family.
