My siblings and myself are/were so very lucky to have such a great father. He always allowed us to choose whatever we wanted to do in life. He only had one request, "do your job the best you can". Dad, I want to thank you for teaching me such a valuable lesson, that I'll never forget. I miss you, Love Rich

My love and sympathy to all the Neths, most particularly Rosie. The dignity and wit with which Bob approached life was a gift. He will be missed, but I think always remembered with a smile.

I always told Bob that I would never change places with anyone in the world. So, my darling, that is truer than ever. I shall miss you more than I can say but I am glad you have escaped the horrible chains of Alzeimer's. Always, Rosie

In a time when men of integrity seem to be so rare, you lived the term, Uncle Bob. To be loved by you was a wonderful gift, especially because I knew you couldn't have loved the way you did, loved you not honor more. I'll miss you, Judy

My dad was a wonderful man. He was a man of principal and honor. That is how he led his life. I learned so much from him, and I loved him. He was so worthy of that love. I miss you, Daddy.

My Father was truly my hero and I was so proud of him in many, many ways. He was my inspiration and my mentor. I will always love him and will forever cherish a lot of wonderful memories about him. To his Navy friends and shipmates, his nickname was "Big Red". Big Red, I miss you.........Bob
