Our deepest sympathy for the loss of such a wonderful young man. Sebastian was outstanding; with fortitude and grace, his charming good looks made him very charismatic. A true leader of the best kind, he often helped his friends achieve their goals. Watching him grow at OLOP, and then at O'Hara, Sebastian possessed many good qualities that showed what a loving, caring and nurturing family he has. May God's blessing shine upon you in your sorrow. The world was a better place having known Sebastian. ((HUGS))

To Sebastion's family, particularly Hilary: I met Sebastian when he filled my cup in the mornings at Dunn Brothers Coffee so I have only know him a short time. He was such an engaging and charismatic young man...always greeting me with a smile and always willing to share what was going on in his life. From reading the messages on this guest book, it is obvious he touched many lives and was dearly loved by many people. I am sincerely sorry for your loss. May your hearts be comforted with the Peace that Passeth all Understanding.

To Sebastian's Family,
I never had the honor or privilege of knowing him or even in coming into contact with the wonderful, winning, young, Catholic gentleman that Sebastian was--and is--as we believe in our Catholic faith.
But I have heard from the Baldwin family, in particular, Bob and Mary, what a uniquely devout Catholic and caring young man Sebastian always was . . . and will remain. In fact, my aunt even went so far as to say that he was the one fellow while in growing up at St. Catherine's she felt was so close to God as to possibly one day become a priest. Most importantly, it seems he took seriously God's call for each of us to live good, holy, lives. Obviously, Sebastian, in his short life touched many more hearts and souls than many who live the longest of lives.
My deepest condolences to you, with heartfelt sympathy. I will celebrate a Mass for the happy repose of Sebastian's soul, and I will pray that the Holy Spirit, in His role as Consoler, gives you the best comfort and helps each of you with this great loss. May Sebastian's legacy of charity, Catholic faith and kindness live on in the lives of his family and those many persons enriched by his special outreach to them and may you each know truly the power of hope in the Resurrection. ************************************************************* Pie Jesu Domine, dona eis requiem sempiternam.

Mr. and Mrs. Becker,
Your Sebastian was one-of-a-kind. From a young age his intellect, manner and sense of self were impressive. I knew Sebastian from his visits to the library where I worked, and later he attended St. Regis with my daughter. I am so, so sad for your loss; please know that your family is in my prayers.

John and Gerri, I never actually met Sebatian but was always amazed how involved he was at church for such a young man. I admired him from the back row. There was never a doubt he made room for Christ in his life. His quiet actions of loving God always helped me thru my faith. My kids knew him from around the neighborhood. Somethings are hard to understand and crushing to accept. I believe Sebatian and God will help your whole family thru this. keep the faith and allow time to heal your sorrow. peace and patience Mark, Mary, Molly and Timmy Hayde

Dearest Becker family, There was no one like him, your firstborn and older brother. Platitudes seem absurd at a time like this but I hope it brings you some comfort to know how well loved he was and how much his life touched others. None of us know the day or hour we'll be leaving but at least Sebastian knew a quality of love, fraternity, admiration and respect in his short time here that many folks live long lives and never experience. I loved him too.

I have so many memories of Sebastian and Ashtin when they were little. They were going to cure cancer or rule the world together at the age of 6 or 7. But I think their favorite past time was harassing Hilary and Megan. I will forever remember his quick wit and quiet character and especially his wonderful sense of humor. My heart goes out to John and Geri, Hilary, Claire, Judy and Killian. I know you will miss him terribly. My heart and prayers are with you! Much Love

Sebastian was an amazing friend and one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He was generous and kind and hilariously witty. Sebastian was the life of the party. There were many times that a group of us would be together and it was a given to ask, "Where's Sebastian and when will he be here?" Everyone, always, wanted him to be around. His company made whatever was being celebrated that much better. We will all miss getting to spend time with him and listen to him crack a joke in his mellow, off hand way. We'll miss his smile. He had this wonderful, mischievous grin when he was telling a story or being a smart Alec. Gosh, there is a lot to miss about Sebastian. He was just that kind of guy. He was so easy to care about and you just wanted him to be a part of your life. He is a friend that everyone wants to have and only a few are lucky enough to find. He will be missed by many. My heart and prayers go out to his family. I hope there is some solace in knowing that your son touched the lives of many and his impact will echo on in them. He is deeply loved and dearly missed.
