Thomas Hamilton Obituary
He was born on Jan. 16, 1955 in Marion County. He was a former employee of Owens-Illinois Company in Bardstown and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Thomas Everett "Tommy" Hamilton (1972) and his daughter, Alison Louise Hamilton (2009).
Survivors include his mother, Joann Hayden Hamilton of Loretto; two sisters, Joanie Lancaster of Lebanon and Edith Gribbins of Hodgenville; four brothers, Jude Hamilton (Theresa) of Loretto, Jeff and Billy Hamilton of Bardstown and Glen Hamilton (Mindy) of Calvary; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6785 Highway 52, Saint Francis. The Most Rev. William Medley will be the celebrant. Military Rites will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Cremation will follow the services.
Visitation is from 3-9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

I am so sorry to hear about Camel - I meet him thru my Uncle Darrell U. Every time I saw him he was always so sweet and had a smile on his face , always ask about my family and myself - He always made me laugh - CAMEL we will always have the motorcycle ride in Uncle D 's garage ??
