Daniel Wooton Obituary

In Loving Memory of Daniel F. Wooton 1951 – 2025 Dan Wooton passed away in Medford, Or. on July 20th, 2025. A lifelong resident of Medford and the youngest of six children of Lloyd A. & Ruth M. Wooton. He was an avid cyclist, golfer and gardener and enjoyed every sort of sport including fishing and hunting. In fact, he passed while on a routine bike ride around the Rogue Valley. While he enjoyed so much in life nothing was more important to him than family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Leslie and youngest daughter, Danielle. He is survived by his oldest daughter, Heather Curulla, daughter-in-law, Lisa Curulla, and grandchildren: Alex Anderson, Jackson Anderson and Kenzie Treber, all from the Seattle area. They each brought immense joy to his life. He is also survived by his brother Tom Wooton and Tom's wife Jenny, his sister Linda and her husband John Dowdy and countless nieces and nephews including Randy & Pam Wooton, Mike & Mary Wooton, Rick & Debbie Wooton, Jody & Mick Powers, Dana & Mark Toma, Laura Vallieres, David Case, Jessica Lynch & Brian Norton, Jeremy, Matthew and Benjamin Wooton and Daisy & Jacob McNab - and so many more. A memorial service will be held in September to honor his life and legacy. He will be laid to rest next to his wife Leslie and daughter, Danielle at Siskiyou Memorial Park in Medford, Oregon.
