Two big memories was visiting Denise and Denny at their place. Near the Mississippi River. Paradise Valley camp ground. We had a little pop up camper was so fun to get together. Another was my sister Joy and Denise worked together at the phone company. We got tickets to see Elton John in Ames. My husband Jeff worked second shift only time he called in sick. He wore sunglasses and a cap so no one would recognize him. Denise said " We will call you by your middle name William." Which turned to Willy. It was a laugh every minute with Denise. To and from the concert. Singing all the way from Urbandale and back. It's been along time since all the crazy fun times. But always enjoyed her ability to enjoy life when she could. Our deepest sympathy to you all ,we all are blessed to have her in our lives. Rest in Peace Denise. Hope you are singing in Heaven.
