Scott Rockefeller Obituary
Memorial services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney.
A private family interment will be prior to the service at Minden Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral and Cremation Services in Kearney.

Scott Michael Rockefeller was born June 18, 1990, in Kearney to Steve and Debra (Westesen) Rockefeller. He was raised in Kearney and received his education from Kearney High School, graduating with the class of 2009. Scott went on to earn his degree in auto body technology from Hastings Technical College. He held numerous jobs in auto body repair and construction, most recently Scott had been working at Fiddelke Heating and Air.
Scott loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting every chance he had.
Survivors include his father, Steve Rockefeller of Kearney; sister, Emily (John) Bengtson and their children, Brooke and Michael, all of York; grandparents, John and Marjorie Westesen of Kearney; uncles and aunts, David (Beth) Westesen and Jay (Lisa) Westesen, all of Kearney, Debra J. Rockefeller of Tomball, Texas; as well as many extended family and friends.
Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Rockefeller; grandparents, Carl and Shirley Rockefeller.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
