Sheila Johnston Obituary
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home in Holdrege with the family greeting 6-7:30 p.m. Following the visitation, the family will honor her wish for cremation.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. DeWane Dow officiating. The service will be livestreamed via the Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home Facebook page
An inurnment will follow at Industry Cemetery in rural Atlanta.
Bonnie was born Feb. 26, 1942, in Hastings to Robert and Alice (Scism) Bonner.
On March 30, 1963, she married Lyle H. Johnston.
Survivors include her two sons, Marc Johnston and Robert Johnston, both of Holdrege; stepson, Kerry Peters of North Platte; one brother, Greg Bonner of Kearney; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
