Steve Kearney Obituary
There will be a celebration of Steve's life on March 9, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Kearney.
Horner Lieske McBride and Kuhl Funeral and Cremation Services in Kearney is in charge of arrangements.

Steve is survived by his wife of 22 years Ann Carlson; their children, son Benjamin and his fiancee Sydney Slie, and daughter Cecelia, all of Kearney, and Steve's son, Zach Carlson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sister Christy Montgomery and husband Bruce of East Bethel, Minnesota; brother Dave Volenec and wife Gina of Omaha; sisters, Marjorie Sorenson of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Susan Mueller of Colton, California; and brother Gary Thompson of Omaha; mother-in-law Rosemarie Thurin of Geneva; brother-in-laws, Tim (Theresa) Thurin and Danial (Sasha) Thurin, all of Omaha; along with several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
