I met Tom once in a cordial lunch we had as competitors within the search industry we served. First impressions are usually accurate and mine was of a decent guy with whom I could easily be friends. I'm sorry for his loss and the hurt that creates for family, colleagues and friends. I will count myself as a little of both of the last two and share in your sorrow.
