Regan Laughlin Obituary
Regan went to Colorado Tech to receive her Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration. She passionately worked as realtor of Sioux Falls at EXP brokerage. She loved to teach and share her passion for selling houses and delivering excellent service to all of her clients. Many of her clients quickly turned into friends.
Blessed to have shared her life with: her husband, Cullan; her daughters, Haley (Connor) Nerland & Allie Laughlin, mother, Sandy Justus, sisters, Erin Fox & Alyssa Justus, Mother & Father In-Law, Sue & Gary Van Doren, Sisters In-Laws, Amy & Brandi, many cousins, nieces and nephews; her dogs, Sweet Pea, Ella, & Izzy, and many friends.
A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2020, at St. Marys Catholic Church in Sioux Falls. Visitation with the family present will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home. www.heritagesfsd.com.

I received a letter in the mail last week which is how found out the my Hero Regan had passed. I am in disbelieve. I am deeply sadden. Words cannot express how this news has impacted me and how much it hurts. Regan was an amazing woman. Regan diligently looked for the perfect home for me. During the months of home searching I shared personal details with her. Regan was always a great listener. It was because of Regan, my experience of a first time home buyer was a great one. Keeping you all in my thoughts. Rest In Peace, my Hero Regan!

“My pleasure!” Is what she would text back each time, at the end of our communication, Realtor to Realtor, last year during her personal home sale transaction. It truly was a ‘pleasure’ to have met and worked with Regan. Keeping all of her loved ones close in thought and prayer during this difficult time of grief.

Regan was such a beautiful young woman inside and out. I can remember when Mom (Cullan’s Grandma) and I first met her and Haley at a restaurant for lunch. So cute. Haley was a toddler and was fussing about not getting a balloon. Regan remained calm, cool, collect, and loving. Such a beautiful woman. I wish I would have had the opportunity to know her better here on this earth. Heaven has gained an angel, , but we miss her here now in our earthly experience.

I am so sorry for your loss. Regan was so kind to our daughter when she helped her find a home to purchase. I loved her sense of humor & laugh. She posted such positive things on Facebook that would make my days brighter.Heaven gained an angel.

Regan and my daughter Tricia Thomassen were friends and went to school together. When Tricia was dying of cancer, Regan came to see her. This meant a lot to Tricia. Regan came to the wake and funeral and left the nicest message on her guest book. May Regan rest in peace.

The first time I met Regan was in a coffee shop to visit about buying my 1st house. I knew from the moment I met her she would be a life long friend. She was so spunky, fun, loving and carefree. I’m so blessed I got to know her and her husband and daughters. She will be missed but never forgotten. I know she’s singing with the angels and dancing amongst the starts!

I met Reagan in 2010 through Tammy Fodness. I was diagnosed with the COPD and a collapsed lung Oxygen 24-7 No insurance. Reagan stepped up without knowing me On Tammy's word Hook me up with oxygen Concentrator and bottles This went on for 3 months before I finally the government stepped in to help What she done literally saved my life. I believe this was Jesus working through these 2 women. We'll meet in heaven.

Thinking of you all at this time. I worked with Regan when she was at RE/MAX. She had the most vibrant laugh! When you heard her laughing it made you want to jump out of your chair, leave your office just to find out what was so funny?!? Her smile lit up the room and her energy was evident. I just met beautiful Regan on Zoom meetings in the last few months. For me she represented an important link with a community of women in Sioux Falls I was able to stay connected with in Scottsdale because she had taken on the role of setting up our weekly meetings. I am grateful that I was able to meet her, and will always remember her humor, honesty, and strength. My prayers go out to you her family. Be comforted knowing that Regan touched the lives of many people with her warmth.
