KENOSHA - Cathy A. Toms, 60, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 25, 2024, at her home in Kenosha, WI.
Born on October 29, 1963, in Kenosha WI, she was the cherished daughter of the late Lois and Robert Schoor. She received her education in the schools of Kenosha, WI.
Cathy had previously been employed as an Accountant at Chucks Sheridan in Racine, and more recently lending her assistance at Cardinali's Bakery in Kenosha.
Cathy was a loving mother, and held a passion for crafting and design. An avid enthusiast, she poured her creativity into crafting seasonal home decor items for her friends and family, bringing joy and warmth to those around her. Her wit and humor were unmatched, brightening every room she entered. Cathy had a remarkable ability to bring smiles to the faces of all who knew her.
Surviving are her two children: Dylan A. Toms of Kenosha, WI, Jeremy J. Toms of Stockholm, SE; two siblings: Carol Anne Garibay of Kenosha, WI, Jeff R. Schoor of Kenosha, WI; 11 nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by infant sister, Carrie A. Schoor; and two brothers: Mark Schoor and Scot Schoor.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Bruch Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 pm where friends and loved ones will gather to celebrate Cathy's life and legacy.
