Cecile Marchand (nee: Carbonneau), of Kenosha and Clearwater, entered the arms of our Lord on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the age of 92 years young. Born on March 28, 1933, to the late Emery and Camille (Labrecque) Carbonneau of Bottineau, N.D.

After Maurice's discharge from Fort McCoy in 1952 they decided to make Kenosha their new home. Over the years they traveled to many parts of the world together. In the 80's they began wintering each year in Clearwater, Fla. at On Top Of The World (OTOW).

Cecile was active in many square dance clubs over the years. She was also a member of the American Association of Medical Assistants, The Kenosha Senior Center, Sigurd Lodge No. 30, The Snowbird Club, and numerous other organizations. Cecile enjoyed keeping herself active and involved in all the communities she was a part of. Each night she looked forward to her dice and card games with her dear friends at Library Terrace and previously St. Catherine's Commons; even if the winnings weren't big, the fun and friendships were abundant.
One of Cecile's greatest joys in her life was her family.
