I was so sad when I learned of Dave's death last summer. I had always enjoyed his sense of humor when I talked with him at family gatherings. He was a warm hearted man, and cared deeply for his family. My thoughts are with Nancy on this anniversary of his death. I know the pain of loss is so real, though I hope she finds some comfort in memories of their good times together.

My sincere sympathy to Nancy. I just learned of Dave's death this evening, and was greatly saddened. I always enjoyed talking with Dave at Quillin family gatherings over the years. I was so disappointed that I had not heard about his death until today. I can't even begin to imagine how difficult this must be for Nancy, especially after recently losing a son. My condolences to Nancy, and to the family.

Rest in peace, Dave. I will always cherish our many, many conversations we shared at Aurora Medical Center while you were waiting to see one doctor or another. We shared not only first names, but also similar children experiences. You were so excited about getting to Branson.... I know you are with John now, where all your ills are gone. My sympathies to Nancy and all your family.
