Betty, I think you know how I feel about you, Aaron and Juan, you all have been family since out children were babies, sitting in Aaron's room and spending time with him made me appreciate him so much. When I saw his strength and the effect he made on so many people, I knew how special he was. He is in God's care now, no more pain and suffering. My prayer for you is to continue to lead and depend upon Jesus Christ, pray constantly, for there in shall you find peace. You know we are here for you.

I was Aaron's Pediatrician for his many hospital stays for his first 18 years of life. He was a brave, but kind young man who suffered through many painful episodes of his sickle cell anemia. My prayers are with his loving mom, Betty. I will always remember his smile, and he taught me a tremendous amount about how to overcome adversity.

My prayers go out to you, Betty and all of the family and friends that were affected by Aaron. His battle has taught us all that we must enjoy time with our loveones while they are here because tomorrow Is not promised to any of us. We serve a great God and his mercy endureth forever. His grace is sufficient for all our cares and concerns. I pray that God provides peace and comfort to all the lives that Aaron affected.
