Dear Lanny, Sherry and Tamara,
We were heartbroken to hear the sad news about Chad.. What a wonderful young man. Will always remember the joy of seeing him and all of you as dental patients for so many years.
We just passed your Ky. home a couple of weeks ago and wondered if you were still there. So many nice memories of all of you.
We will always have such fond memories of Chad. He had such a presence and big personality..
Please accept our heartfelt expression of sympathy.
Sincerely and with love,
John and Susy Johnson

Lanny, Sherry and Tamara,
We are so very sorry for your tremendous loss! There are truly no words that could possibly heal the pain that is being felt by all! We are praying for peace and serenity in the coming days, weeks and months...... Chad was an American soldier, what greater contribution can one bestow to his country? We extend our most heartfelt sorrow and condolences.
