Logan Sagester Obituary

SAGESTER Logan, 80, husband of Barbara Sagester, died Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Born in Paris, he was a son of the late William and Lillie Sagester. He was the owner of Sagester Plumbing and was a Marine veteran. Survivors other than his wife are four children, Cherylynn Sagester, VA, Rowna Sagester, GA, Darrell Sagester, FL, and Joanna (Jeff) Strange, Frankfort; four grandchildren, Courtney Epps, Randi Smith, Morgan Stephens and Jacob Strange; three great-granddaughters; and a sister, Katie (Bill) Vanlandingham, Paris. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Casey Stephens. Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Main St. Visitation will be from 12pm until the time of the service Saturday. Memorial Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Ln Ste 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284, and Thomson Hood Veteran Center Attn: Family Council, 100 Veterans Dr., Wilmore, KY 40390.

Barbara, so sorry to hear about Logan. I always remember the trip to Florida and swimming in the pool with John Michael and seeing the snake on the pool steps and making Logan swim that pool to make sure that there wasn't any more! U r in my thoughts and prayers! Love u very much!
