Lucas Blankenship Obituary

BLANKENSHIP Lucas Owen, 3 month old son of Jimmy and Beth Blankenship, died Sat, Oct. 21, 2006 at UK Hospital. Other survivors are a brother, Hunter Blankenship; maternal grandparents, Terry and Trudy Case, Georgetown; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Marie Blankenship, Paris; an uncle, Justin and Lisa Case; an aunt, Chasity and Nathan York; and a cousin, Mazie Case. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wed at Christ the King Catholic Church by Father Tom Farrell and the Rev. Roland Akers. Burial will be in Lexington Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Tue at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Main St. Contributions are suggested to EMT Services of Clark County or UK Children's Hospital, 800 Rose Street, Lexington, KY 40536.

Jimmy and Beth,
