Sonny was a classmate at Darlington. He was a gifted athlete. It was great seeing him again at some of our "Class of 1953" reunions. We will miss those oppurtunities.
I am so sorry for your loss and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

The Wagner's and the Corum's were so intertwined in Owensboro in the 70's and 80's especially. Very few of my childhood memories don't include Sonny! Family trips, weekends, KFC on a school night. He has joined my parents and so many other friends in heaven! We miss them all!!!!
Love to the rest of the family,

Our deepest sympathies to the Corum family at the loss of such a kind husband, father, and friend. All the funny and endearing stories of Sonny throughout his life will keep his memory alive always. It is clear that he touched and lovingly impacted so many people in his 84 years with you. As God wraps Sonny in his arms, may He also strengthen and comfort you in the days ahead. Love, Ginny, Ray, Emily, and Claire

A WiFi picture frame has been set up for the family to display photos of Sonny at the funeral service, and thereafter in their home. Please email photos (or brief videos) to [email protected]. The photos will appear in a picture frame at the church without further effort from the family.

My heart aches for my best childhood friend, Elizabeth, and the whole Corum Family. Mr. Corum was one of the kindest men I have ever known. I spent hundreds of nights at the Corum House growing up and witnessed his loving devotion to his family and friends. I dont ever recall seeing him angry. He was very tolerant during our slumber parties. Mr. C always had beautiful clothes and cars. He seemed so much cooler than my father because he knew how to dance the hustle. I shall forever treasure my many fond memories of the charming Sonny. Love and prayers to all the Corums.

Truly such a kind and sweet gentleman. We feel so honored to have met you first through Elizabeth's stories and then in person over such a wonderful KY weekend. Heaven just got a sweet angel to guard over us all.
To the Corum family, you are so loved and our hearts and sympathy are with you. May God give you comfort and peace every step of the way. Love Kasia, Dan, and Sienna.
