Stanley Bruce Jefferson Sr.

May 28, 1957 - September 28, 2025

Lexington, Kentucky - Stanley Bruce Jefferson Sr., 68, born May 28, 1957 transitioned to his Heavenly Home on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Stanley dedicated 38 years of hard work as a skilled mechanic at the General Electric Lamp Plant, retiring in August 2017.

He will be remembered for his unwavering faith, musical talent, gentle spirit, and the deep love he shared with his family, church family and community.

Above all, Stanley cherished his role as a husband, father, grandfather, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. He leaves to celebrate his legacy his wife of 26 years, June Hammonds Jefferson; his four children: Stanley B. Jefferson II, Camille A. Jefferson, Leondra (Jeffrey) Knight, and Kimberly (Rocky) Peter. Stanley also leaves behind his nephew, Robert R. Jefferson III, niece, Elizabeth Jefferson.

Homegoing Celebration Service will be held on Saturday Oct. 11, 2025, at:

Total Grace Church, 1313 N Limestone, Lexington KY.

Visitation: 10am – 12 noon, Service Starts at Noon
