Mary Whitney...I just found out about your mom's passing yesterday, October 20, 2015. This is your mother's friend Marilyn and her daughter Kelly. Remember us? I tried to find both of you in 1996 before moving to Murfreesboro then in 1998 to Detroit, Michigan. I came thru Nashville in 2004 looking for both of you again. I was planning on coming down that way this summer and I asked Kelly to get on Facebook for me to look for Susan. I am so shocked and so sorry. I'll always remember Gina, you, Kelly, your mom and I going to the Easter Egg Hunts, Belmont Church together, antebellum house hunting, and her great watercress sandwiches. I'm at loss for words. Please, if you see this, call me 517-518-2000. Ms. Marilyn Muzik

Mary Whitney,

Just wanted you to know how sorry I was to read about your mother's death. I met your mother through Guy and Sally and babysat you when you were younger. I also had the pleasure of enjoying some of your mother's beautiful cakes, as she baked some for me for special occasions. I know how hard this time is for you but I just wanted to let you know that my thoughts were with you.

Whitney, Dennis & I are heart broken over Susan's death. She was & is my oldest dearest friend. Her selflessness is one of her strongest suites, always looking out for her friends & family first. She loved you so very much & was so very proud of you in everyway. Susan is at peace & I am happy for that. I love & miss her.
