August 18, 1958 – April 30, 2025 Vanessa Annette Moore, 66, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025. She was born August 18, 1958 to Roy Lee and Catherine Irene (Brown) Hoeser in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She lived in Louisiana, Texas, Washington, Oregon and moved to Sweet Home 2020. Vanessa enjoyed fishing, card games, playing dominoes and liked to sing and dance. She loved to spend time with her family. On Saturday and Sundays she would have family get togethers and dinner. She is survived by her husband Larry Bryan Moore; children: Candice Rae Weems, Kayla Lynn Buster, Justin Randall Moore all of Sweet Home, Joseph Ryan Moore of Wisconsin; siblings Linda (Pete) Beck of Texas, Raylene (Rick) Lane of Texas, Sandra (Jerry) Walker of Arkansas, Roy (Johnni) Hoeser of Texas, Patricia (Steve) Kelly of Washington; friend Wesley Weems Sr. of Texas; grandchildren: Katelyn Snow, Sarah Snow, Ryan Komes, Luke Buster, Jordyn Buster, Kyrie Smith, Willow Moore, Joe Moore Jr.; great granddaughter Emma Komes. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Catherine Hoeser, brother in law Pat Freeman, niece Katie Freeman. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements www.sweethomefuneral.com.
