Bonnie Faye Rogers, age 95, died of natural causes on October 2, 2025 at Homestead of Rochester. Minnesota. Bonnie was a member of Christ United Methodist Church since 2010 when she moved to Rochester. Bonnie is survived by her 7 children, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren. Her husband of 62 years was Rev. Thomas Rogers of the United Methodist Church of Minnesota. Thomas died of natural causes in 2008 at age 82. Bonnie was born February 13, 1930 in Scots Hill, Tennessee and grew up in the Great Depression and World War II. In 1955 Bonnie Thomas and 3 little boys moved to Minnesota where she lived the rest of her life. After those 3 boys left home she had a career working for Head Start where she became the director.
