Richard "Dick" Carpenter (75) Passed away June 9, 2018 in Grand Coulee, Washington. Born Monday, May 17, 1943 in Bremerton, Washington, Dick worked for the Department of Defense at Naval Submarine Base Bangor prior to moving to Central Washington. He was a member of "The Handlers Car Club" of Bremerton & 4-H leader in Kitsap County. Dick is survived by his wife: Lucy Carpenter; son: Richard Carpenter Jr; daughter: Kerri Carpenter; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother: Jim Carpenter (Linda) and nephews.

1:00pm services will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Strate Funeral Home, 329 E. Grand Coulee Ave., Grand Coulee, Washington 99133.
