Alice McMillan

MCMILLAN, ALICE - age 78, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012. She was of the Methodist faith. Alice was a retired office manager with Highway Transport with 38 years service. Preceded in death by parents, Edward and Addie Pierce; sister, Nell Roberts; brother, Lester Pierce. Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Billy Joe McMillan; brother, Stewart Pierce and wife, Betty; sister, Flora Ann Walden and husband, Stanley; sister, Faye Hensley; brother, Ray Heird; and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 10088, Knoxville, TN 37939. Family and friends will meet Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, to proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment service.
