Born July 14, 1950 in Mobile, Alabama, son of the late Louis Jr. and Dorothy Harris Wooley. He was a resident of Knoxville for the past 36 years. I knew Dave all the way back to his days at Mississippi State where he was in school and managing the El Camino Mobile Home Park. We had some good times in Starkville playing softball, remodeling DK's house, and just good fellowship. He loved his family and I have some very fond memories of our times together. My thoughts and prayers go out to Valerie and the family. RIP my friend.
