James Burton Shackelford, age 83, of Plano, TX, passed away October 19, 2016 from a rare form of leukemia. He was surrounded by loving members of his family.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Dominick (formerly of Knoxville, TN); sons, Mark and wife Rebecca of Granbury, TX, and Chris and wife Sally of Knoxville, TN; and daughter, Susan Cancino of San Diego, CA; ten grandchildren, including CJ and Nicolas of Knoxville, TN; brother, Bob and wife Judy; nieces and nephews, all of Mt.
