Jo Anne Shipe

Blaine - Jo Anne Campbell Shipe - age 86, of Blaine, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021, at her home. Jo Anne was born June 3, 1934 in Memphis, Tennessee. She moved to Blaine, Tennessee in 1991, helped found the Blaine library, and became a well known and loved member of the community and her church. Preceded in death by husband, Paul Theron Shipe; and son, Paul Campbell Shipe. Survived by son, Raymond Cornell Shipe; and grandchildren, Alexander Gibson Shipe and Emma Catherine Shipe. The receiving of friends will be held 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, March 12, 2021, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 7:00 PM. The burial will be held at Block Springs Baptist Church Cemetery on Saturday, March 13, at 10:30 AM with Reverend Wayne Peace officiating.
