Lenoir City, TN
Patsy Walker Raney age 75 of Lenoir City, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 1, 2018. She was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church and former member of Calvary Baptist Church. Patsy worked 23 years at Maremont and nearly a decade at Lenoir City Elementary School. Her greatest love was for Jesus, followed closely by family, friends and football. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Edith Evelyn Walker and sweet cousin, Larry Douglas. Survived by her daughters, Jamie Boone Jones of Knoxville, Jenny Raney and husband, Justin of Knoxville; most proud of granddaughter, Maddie Dianne; special friends: Shanda Lee, Betsy Munsey, Teresa Cable, along with many special friends and church family. Patsy dearly loved her family and classmates from Middle Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 7th at Highland Park Baptist Church in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with Rev. Eddie Click and Rev. Joseph McGaha officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers: Zach Lee, Thomas Lee, Mac Phillips, Dick Thomas, Dwight Cusick and Justin Reed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Park Baptist Church. Jen, Jamie and Maddie,
Thinking of you and praying that Mimi's celebration of life was exactly what she wanted.
I fondly remember your mom dancing with my dad. They were tearing up the dance floor, one enjoying it more than the other. She always had a smile on her face. And, how much she adored Miss Maddie.
She loved a good time!

My sincerest condolences on the loss of your Mom. I I only had the pleasure of meeting her once, but in just that brief visit I saw where Jennifer's sassy, loving attitude came from. Cherish the years you had together and know she is at peace with Jesus now.
