Send FlowersBUTLER - Pamela J. Mack, 71, of Butler, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She was born on Dec. 4, 1953, in Garrett, Indiana, to Ila Jean (Freeman) Frey and Russell Frey Jr.
Pam married Rick Mack on May 26, 1984, at Barkers Chapel United Methodist Church in Pleasant Lake.
She has worked as a shipping clerk at Heidtman Steel in Butler for the last 25 years.
Pam was an avid bingo player and she enjoyed crocheting and attending local whitetail banquets. Most important to Pam was spending time with her family, especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Rick Mack, of Butler; daughter and son-in-law, Dásha and Brian George, of Butler; son, Trenton Mack, of Butler; five granddaughters, Shila Hartley, Kelly Hartley, Jadelyn Mack, Zoey Crawford and Ivy Crawford; sister and brother-in-law, Jeri "Jake" and Tom Smith, of Union City, Michigan; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Lana Frey, of Waterloo; mother-in-law, Dorothy Mack, of Auburn; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents; and an infant brother, Daniel Frey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, from 1-4 p.m., at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., in Waterloo.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Pam to DeKalb Humane Society, P.O. Box 806, Auburn, IN 46706.
