Linda Roberts Obituary

Linda Kay Roberts, 75, of Savannah, MO, passed away October 4, 2025. Linda was born August 23, 1950 in Mexico, MO, to Austin and Ethel Lavern (Bush) Roberts. She graduated from Hallsville School and was a 1974 graduate of Columbia College. She worked for State Farm Insurance, MEM Workmens Comp Insurance, and Neurology Inc. all in Columbia, MO. Linda was a member of the Red Top Christian Church in Hallsville, MO, and was a member of Columbia MO Business Women's Association. Linda loved to work the Missouri Show-Me Games for many years. She moved to the Savannah area in 2022. Survivors include a sister Helen Hodkins (Bob); niece Kandy Hodkins and significant other Darby Meehan; nephew Matthew Hodkins; great-niece Katelynn Gossett (Gage); great-nephews Brayden Addington, Graham Addington; and great-great-nieces Rory and Navy Gossett. Linda loved to read until her health failed. She liked to shop, cook, and loved all different kinds of nail polish. Her family states you never saw her with the same nail polish. Services will be Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Centralia City Cemetery in Centralia, MO. Arrangements under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel of St. Joseph, MO.
