William Sauter

William Sauter, of Saint Joseph, Missouri, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, surrounded by his immediate family. Born and raised in Saint Joseph, William dedicated nearly 40 years to Snorkel Fire Equipment as a Service Representative, where he was deeply respected for his steadfast commitment and work ethic. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Luise Sauter, and his brother, Fritz Sauter. He is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy; his son, Brady; his son-in- law, Greg Molitor; his sister, Ruth Peters; and numerous nieces and nephews who will forever cherish his gentle spirit and enduring love. William found joy in gardening at the family farm and spending time with his pets, who were a constant source of companionship and happiness. He will be remembered for his devotion to family, his quiet strength, and the kindness he extended to everyone around him.
