Marcella D. Rhyme

Marcella D. Rhyme, 96, of Mindoro, passed away October 17, 2025, at Mulder Health Care Facility in West Salem.

She was born August 9, 1929, to Carl and Marcella May (Bennington) Krueger. Marcella was a 1948 graduate of Mindoro High School. That same year, she was united in marriage to Harold Rhyme and they shared 55 years of marriage before he preceded her in death. Marcella was a member of Bells Coulee Lutheran Church for 90 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Miller and Caryl (Gene) Cottrell; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Violet (Coleman) Olson; brother, Byron (Jennifer) Krueger; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Krueger and Beatrice Rhyme; brother-in-law, Stanley Hanson; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, Harold, Marcella was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Danny (Karen) Rhyme; son-in-law, Herman Miller; brother, Eugene Krueger; sister, Virginia Hanson; nephew, Tim Rhyme; and brothers-in-law, Donald Rhyme and Willis (Doris) Rhyme.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., on November 8, 2025, at Bells Coulee Lutheran Church, N7289 Cty Hwy E, Bangor, Wisconsin. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m., until the time of service, November 8th, at the church. Burial will be held later that day at 2:15 p.m., in Wet Coulee Cemetery, Mindoro.
